Marshalls and Rise Park Ward is an electoral ward in the London Borough of Havering, situated north of Romford Town Centre. It spans from Black’s Bridge on Main Road, marking the southern boundary of Raphael’s Park, to include the Gidea Park Exhibition Estate and Romford Golf Club. Pettits, part of the ward, encompasses the Marshalls Park community. The ward was established in the 2022 elections, combining areas from Pettits and Romford Town wards, and it elects three councillors to Havering Council.
