Chairman, Councillor Miss Judith Holt
Judith was born in Romford, raised and educated in Hornchurch and Upminster. She has lived in Gidea Park for over twenty years and was a school teacher before becoming a full-time Councillor, first serving the residents of Romford Town Ward and now St. Alban's Ward. Judith joined the Romford Conservative Association in 2005, was Chairman of the Association from 2021-22 and a Support Officer to Andrew Rosindell M.P. She attends St. Alban Protomartyr Church in Romford, belongs to the Royal British Legion and, in her spare time, is interested in local history and loves books.
From 2018 to 2022, Judith served as Chairman of the Children and Learning Overview and Scrutiny Sub-Committee and Member Champion for the Historic Environment. As Councillor for St Alban's Ward, she continues to be a voice for everyone and is campaigning to make Romford and Hornchurch places of which to be proud!
