PETITION: Havering Council must do all in its power to STOP ULEZ

  • Local News

The Havering Residents Association - Labour administration have failed to answer whether they would work with TFL to install equipment for the expansion of the Ultra-Low Emissions Zone. Despite a number of objections by local residents, the administration is putting party politics before the needs of Havering residents.

The ULEZ will have damaging impacts for local families and businesses not just in Havering but all across outer London. This is why other boroughs such as Bexley, Croydon, Harrow and Hillingdon have said that they will do everything in their power to resist the ULEZ expanding.

We find it unacceptable that Havering residents are being let down by this Havering Residents Association, who aim to keep Labour happy, rather than the residents of this borough.

Our petition to send Havering Council a strong message asking them to do everything in their power to stop ULEZ, is below

*THIS PETITION DOES NOT INDICATE ANY SUPPORT FOR THE ROMFORD CONSERVATIVE ASSOCIATION*

We, the undersigned, ask Havering Council to do everything in their power to stop the ULEZ expanding to Havering.
