Councillor - Marshalls and Rise Park
Osman has been a Councillor in Romford since 2010 and currently serves the residents of Marshalls and Rise Park Ward. He grew up in Collier Row and went to Parklands Primary and Marshalls Park Secondary schools. Osman is proud to be an officer of the Romford Royal British Legion Band & Corps of Drums, working with young people throughout Havering.
During his time as Cabinet Member for the Environment in Havering, Osman worked for better roads and highways throughout our local community. As a local Councillor Osman has worked tirelessly for the people of Marshalls and Rise Park Ward, and looks forward to carrying on the job for the residents.
