Carol has lived in Collier Row all her life. She was educated at Chase Cross School (now Bower Park), and went on to Havering Technical College ahead of a career in administration in London. She is now retired. Carol has served on Havering Council for eight years, the last four years representing her home area of Mawneys Ward.
During this time, she has served as a Trustee and Vice Chairman of a local housing charity, and also as Vice Chairman of the Planning Committee. Carol is committed to working hard to keep Collier Row a great place to live and work now, and into the future.
